By using Photomontage  (the "App"), you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the App. The materials contained in this App are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not: 

• modify or copy the materials.
• use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial).
• attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained within the app.
• remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials, or
• transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Photomontage  at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

3. Disclaimer

(1) The materials within Photomontage  App are provided on an 'as is' basis. Photomontage  makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

(2) Further, Photomontage  does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials within the app.

4. Limitations

(1) In no event shall Photomontage  or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the App and the materials within Photomontage , even if Photomontage  authorised representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

(2) You should be aware that there are certain things that Photomontage will not take responsibility for. Certain functions of the app will require the app to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi, or provided by your mobile network provider, but Photomontage cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you don’t have access to Wi-Fi, and you don’t have any of your data allowance left.If you’re using the app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that your terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the app, or other third party charges. In using the app, you’re accepting responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside of your home territory (i.e. region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you’re using the app, please be aware that we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer for using the app.

5. Accuracy of materials

The materials appearing within Photomontage  could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Photomontage  does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current. Photomontage  may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. However Photomontage  does not make any commitment to update the materials.

6. Modifications

We may update, change or modify this Terms of use, at any time and without notice, at our sole discretion. Any such change, update or modification will be effective immediately upon posting. When we post changes to this Terms of use, we will revise the «last updated» date at the top of this Term of use. Your continued use of our app will signify your acceptance of these changes.

7. Subscription Terms

This subscription auto-renews at the end of each month terms at $1.99 , three month terms at $3.99 Or end of each year terms at $12.99, Unless cancelled 24 Hours in Advance. The subscription fee is charged your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. You may manage your subscription and turn off by going to your settings. No cancellation  of the current subscription is allowed during active period. Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
